    Sweaty palms

What causes this problem? My 15 year old nephew has sweaty palms and he could not do anything but smile to his friends. He could not even pat their back or hold his girlfriend's hand. Do you know any natural remedies for palmar Hyperhidrosis? We could not opt for sympathectomy because we are on financial restraints.

Sweaty palms can be a nightmare and cause extreme discomfort. I have a friend who has such a condition and it makes him really uncomfortable around people. This condition is caused by a hyperactive sympathetic nervous system though there are many schools of thought on this.

The sympathetic nervous system is a sub-section of the autonomic nervous system and directs such functions as flight-or-flight response to stress and other forms of energy generation. In regard to this, the hyperactive sympathetic nervous system would cause the excessive sweating in the palms. The human body that has millions of glands has more than half of them found in the hands.

Sweaty palms are treated through different means but there is no known complete cure. One method that is thought to be workable is where a device is used to deliver electric shocks to your palms twice a day. Perhaps with time, better ways of dealing with this condition will be discovered.

Nowadays days this type of problem very create but today many of way so sweating is a device the body uses to help regulate its temperature to keep everything running smoothly. The human body has millions of sweat glands and more than half of them are found in the hands. When the body becomes agitated through physical exertion extreme temperatures or stress the sweat glands release sweat to help cool the body back down to its optimal temperature range.
