    Replace Your Makeup Often!

I pulled out my makeup last weekend and it's been awhile since I used it. Boy could I tell! Everything got cakey and a little dried out.

Does that mean that your skin could not take any of your lotion anymore? I think it is a good idea to change your lotions once in a while, as long as it goes along with what your skin needs. I have seen people who get a brand that works for them and they decide not to change anything anymore.

There is also the thought that it would be easier to replace a cleanser than a moisturizer.

I stopped using my makeup kit since I noticed that I developed a lot of blemishes on my upper cheeks. I hate the way they penetrate my skin and dry out which makes it hard for me to unclog them out from my pores. My only weapons are face mask made from natural ingredients and facial cleanser with toner.

I think one thing that I have never been keen upon is the expiry date on most of these skin products. They stay on the shelves for quite some time and I still re-use, say after I am back home from a long absence.

Most probably, a product that is past its expiry date would be harmful to your skin. I am not particularly for the idea of make up totally and if possible, people should avoid it. It is possible to still look good while using cleansers or other natural products.

A lot of people will still insist on using a certain skin product even when it is obvious it is harming their skin. That is why a visit to a dermatologist is necessary every so often.
