You have to take time out for yourself to recharge. Your body needs some time to rest because stress hormone levels need time to fall to acceptable levels.

Some tips to beat stress effectively.
Do take deep breath in fresh air,
Do start some light exercise,
Eat a well balanced diet,
Share your problems with your pals,
Drink 2/3 glass of water,
Avoid caffeine and other stimulants,
If you do not eat well take multivitamin regularly,
Avoid or limit alcohol consumption.
Hi Guys...there are some tips i really want to share to get rid of stress
Take proper sleep for 8 hours daily in the night
Try to take Green tea
Always do Yoga which is considered the best exercise for weight loss
The best way to remove the stress is to be occupied in their lives.
Stress is the as passed more time in their lives as feel more depress and frustration in our life that is not for the mental health also.

If we work hard and don't take rest it causes stress so to get rid of stress we should need some rest. For this purpose we should give some rest to our body and mind so that it can work better without any mental stress.
