Rose Hip Oil

Has anyone heard of rose hip oil or have tried it? I heard that it has numerous benefits to the skin. It can reduce scars, improve the appearance of wrinkles, moisturize the skin, etc.

I have heard about this. In some countries it is a well-known fact that rose hip oil does magical things for the skin. The best part is that it is non toxic which means you don't have to worry about all the chemicals and junk seeping in to your skin. Something else it works great on is reversing the effects of the sun. Something else that is pretty cool about it is that it reacts on a cellular level so it can really reduce redness and not the look of redness.

I was kind of excited to see someone ask about it because I have been using it for a while now. I had really bad stretch marks after my 3rd child. While it did not make them go away it did take a way a great deal of the discoloration, which makes me feel a lot better for itself. That is why I got it actually. Now I use it on my face too. I started getting crows feet and after a few months those are noticeably better too.

With that being said, be very careful. Sometimes you run across people who say they tried it and it didn't work. There are two reasons, it works over time and people are not patient enough. The other reason is because some manufactures put very little rose hip extract in their product. You have to make sure you buy it from a company that you can trust will but a decent amount of extract in to their product.
