Step #1:  Dispense one tablespoon of sweet almond oil onto a glass bowl or saucer.

Pierce 3 vitamin E capsules and press them in the bowl containing sweet almond oil. Blend the two ingredients together and add a small amount of your much loved essential oil to provide a delightful aroma to the mixture. You may choose to incorporate essential oils such as: lavender oil to help keep you relaxed; mint oil to keep you energized; or grapefruit oil to support cheerfulness.

Step #2: Heat the blend in the microwave.

As soon as you had already blended all the oils thoroughly, put the glass bowl inside the microwave oven and heat it in less than 30 seconds.  Before putting the blended oil on the area of your body with stretch marks, make sure that it is no longer too hot. You can do this by dipping your fingertips into the mixture.

Step #3:  Immerse your fingers in the oil mixture.

Dispense three tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of almond oil in a little dish then add 10 drops each of rosemary and lemon oil into the bowl with.  Mix the potion thoroughly then massage onto the stretch marks until it is fully soaked up by the skin. Do the treatment once every day.
